You can read excerpts of my book on this website. However, if you want to read all of it and read the latest version of it, buy a copy.
There are two ways to buy.
1) Use PayPal. I will send you an autographed copy. If there is some wording you would like me to include, note that in your order, for example, if this is a gift for someone.
Price: $36.94 for US orders. This includes shipping, and I pay the tax. It is the same price charged through Amazon. Look for the PayPal link to the right.
Use PayPal if you would also like a CD copy of the book, the price is $46.00. The CD verson is very advantageous because it is searchable. The CD is not available through Amazon. I do not sell the CD as a stand-alone.
Use PayPal if you are buying from Canada. The price is $43.00 for the book plus shipping and $52.00 for the book, CD, and shipping.
And use PayPal if you are buying from pretty much anywhere else in the world. The price is $54.00 for the book plus shipping and $63.00 for the book, CD, and Shipping.
2) Or go to Amazon.com and place your order. Pay by credit or debit card. The way it works is that Amazon takes your order, collects the money, sends the order to us. We ship the book to you. Amazon guarantees delivery, and takes 20% as its fee. I make less money.

If you are a bookstore, consider buying a full box of 14. You pay in advance by credit card. The retail price is $29.95. I do not allow Amazon to discount the price. Amazon has to sell the book for $29.95. This means non-Amazon ordinary bookstores can make money selling this book. I do not work through a distributor right now, although that may change soon.
